Tony was super helpful when we came in to look for a sofa. He spent a lot of time with us and didn’t pressure us at all. He was very knowledgeable about the products and the offerings of each model. Eg color and fabric. We ended up buying this one. Seems well built and great price with great warranty

Tony & Elaine are the best! I have been purchasing furniture from their store since 2021 and I have zero complaints! From day one they have been extremely professional, helpful and friendly. They both are very personable and provide great customer service! Every piece of furniture I’ve purchased from them has been of great quality. Their delivery crew is also professional, quick, friendly and reliable. I would absolutely recommend New American Furnishings to anyone looking to great quality furniture and looking for a forever furniture store!

Tony and his team were absolutely amazing. After visiting 6 other furniture shops we finally found exactly what we needed here at New American Home Furnishings. Tony was extremely helpful from the very beginning , we explained our very specific needs and he presented many options at a FRACTION of the price of all the other furniture stores we visited. He was helpful but also gave us space to discuss without being pushy or overbearing. They quoted delivery WEEKS earlier than other competitors and followed through on that promise. Delivery into san francisco went so smoothly and the gentleman who brought in the furniture were professional and experts and unloading furniture without any damage even though there was some unexpected maintenance on the building that lead to unforseen obstacles. I HIGHLY recommend you talking to Tony before visiting any other local furniture shops. Worth the trip out of the city for furniture delivery. Couldn't be happier. Ft: my cat who is also very satisfied. Thanks Tony and Team!

Clean showroom, beautiful furniture, and great service. Tony and Elaine are very helpful and make the whole process of furnishing your home very enjoyable. We have a very tall hybrid mattress that would not be suitable for bed frames with storage drawers, and Tony helped us find a bedroom set that worked, while still being stylish. Great selection that is curated with quality and price in mind. 5 stars!

In short: Paid half as much as we would have at Ashley furniture and received next day delivery. Stunning prices, service, and delivery up the stairs in the picture. Supports a small business. In long: Tony and Elaine helped us out over a two day period finding a sofa and accompanying love seat. We were quoted $3300 all in including delivery at Ashley furniture next door. Went into New American and they were selling an older model of the same couch we wanted at Ashley on clearance for $1300, after tax and delivery $1500 total. CUT OUR QUOTE IN HALF from Ashley for no noticeable drop in quality. Tony and his wife Elaine also chatted with us and found out we were new to the area and in an empty apartment. We bought the item on Sunday afternoon and Tony and his crew delivered it Monday at 6pm. 1 DAY DELIVERY. They delivered so quick not only because they had the item but because they knew their customer was in an empty apartment and they could change that by delivering slightly after closing time. Not saying this will happen for you because the end of week was what they told us. Under promised, over delivered. I think this is the best furniture buying experience one can have short of them air dropping something same day into your home after 90% off.

Tony and Elaine are the best! My husband and I had been searching all over the Bay Area for furniture, and they made the whole experience so easy and welcoming. They showed us so many options, even pieces from the catalog that weren’t on the floor, and helped us find exactly what we wanted. They went above and beyond by delivering and setting everything up, taking away our old furniture, and keeping in touch the whole time to make sure everything went smoothly. Thank you, Tony and Elaine, for your kindness and amazing service. Because of you, our house truly feels like a home!

We purchased this sectional couch for our new home and are so happy with our decision to go with New American Furnishings. Our living room is an odd space so we had to build a custom couch. Tony was so helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. We discussed all of the different options from fabric, seat depth/height, arm design, etc. He answered all of our questions and really listened to all of our wishes and concerns. The couch was delivered within 4 weeks as promised, and the process was smooth and efficient. We’ll be back in the future for any furniture needs and can’t recommend Tony and his team enough!

Great experience from start to finish. We Googled furniture stores in the area after not finding something near us. Walked in and were greeted, other customers walked in shortly after as well. It was nice to see the sales representative spread himself around, asking us all if we had any questions or were good. We decided on a bed set and made the purchase. We went with the delivery and set up option. Due to the holiday they came the week after which work perfectly for our schedule. On the delivery day they called two hours ahead to confirm our scheduled delivery time and arrived promptly. They were quick! All done within an hour. Very happy with our purchase.
